How does it work?
All of my change work is designed to plug you into the power of your mind to rewire your brain so you can easily create the change you want.
I call the results breakthroughs because there’s no willpower required. You just get the change.
You could look at it like this.
Before someone learns how to ride a bike they don’t really know how to balance on one. Then once they get in the saddle and try it out they come to realize what it is to have balance on a bike. From there, from that moment, they know how to ride a bike.
Now, I’m curious. Did you notice that they didn’t get balance through willpower, or trying harder, or telling themselves they should be better at it. They got balance because they focused their thinking on riding a bike and their brain figured out what it took to do it.
That, is what I call a breakthrough. That moment when we didn’t have a hold of something and then we do. Plus, much like riding a bike, once our thinking resets our brain for the change we want it’s ours and we can have that mindset forever too.
When would I coaching and when would I choose hypnotherapy?
Sometimes people know they want hypnotherapy. Sometimes they know they want coaching. Everyone knows they want change and I’ve given a summary of each below.
Both paths start with a quick complimentary call, usually about 20 minutes, so we can connect and see that we’re a fit.
Then, the next step is always a Clarity Kickstart™. Whether it’s habit change, emotional shift or longer life transitions, brain science shows that we cannot make change easy if the brain doesn’t know where we want it to go.
After that, very generally, it’s a question of scope. If it’s narrow or short term, or about a specific habit, behaviour or fear then hypnotherapy can be the better choice. If it’s a broader, systemic change in an attitude, perspective or direction then most people choose Activated™ Coaching.
All (useful) change starts here. In fact I will go as far as to say that if you’re not getting the results you want you are thinking the way Alice was thinking in this quote from Alice in Wonderland:
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where—” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.

This initial 2 hour session usually takes 3 to 5 sessions to re direct your thinking and get new results.
With hypnosis, changing your mind is a lot like updating an app on your phone. Sometimes an old way of thinking just isn’t compatible with the way you want things to go. That’s when you need to update your software (thinking) so that it works better with your hardware (body and brain). That means making sure your thinking is aligned with how you desire to grow as a person. When you’re not getting the results you want you simply update the software. It starts with an initial 2 hour session and usually takes 3 to 5 sessions to re direct your thinking and get new results.
